Ancient Grain Soup

This soup is wholesome, filling and delicious where rich, hearty grains such as Freekah, Lentil and Quinoa combine in a tomato-based stock for a satisfying meal. An additional touch of fresh spinach adds so much depth to this incredibly easy to eat soup. So, whether for lunch or dinner, DARI’S Ancient Grain Soup will have you feeling warm and cozy, wherever you are.

Ingredients

Water, tomato, leek, spinach, freekeh (5%) (wheat), onion, lentil (2.5%), quinoa (2%), vegetable stock, lemon juice, salt, garlic, pepper.

CONTAINS: GLUTEN, WHEAT.
Refrigerate at 0-4°C.
Consume within 2 days of opening.

These soups really do taste home-made. I especially love that they are preservative and colour FREE!!!! So hard to find commercial food that is preservative free. Thank you!!! And keep up the excellent work..

Being gluten and dairy intolerant, it can be a struggle to find low effort, nutritious comfort foods. That said, I’m in awe of the quality of Dari’s soups. Large chunks of veggies and meat, plenty of flavour and a good thickness, I know I’m fuelling my body with the good stuff when I’m sick or struggling with appetite. Their ingredients are allergen friendly too! With a recent illness, I’ve struggled with appetite and feeling ill around eating. But Dari’s soups have made things so much easier!

Unfortunately I’m not very organised, so usually dinners will be left till the last minute, meaning I usually need something quick and easy. I was looking for a home-style soup without having to make it myself and this %100 met those expectations. I got the pumpkin one and it tasted just like how my mum makes it. Will definitely purchase again 😊

I love the flavour of these soups, but the slightly fatty meat in the beef and the stringy chicken were putting me off. But...I blend them before I cook them now and they are back to wonderful.
