Seafood Linguine

Have the full restaurant experience of seafood linguine in the comfort of your own home with this recipe that is bursting in flavour using DARI’S Tomato Soup.

Serves 2

Ingredients

1 x DARI’S Tomato Soup

250g dried linguine

2 tbsp olive oil

1 onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, crushed

350g seafood marinara mix*

¼ cup white wine

2 tbsp chopped parsley

½ lemon, to serve

Cracked pepper, to serve

 

*Seafood marinara mix is available at most large supermarkets and seafood stores. It is a mixture of prawns, fish, clams and calamari.

Method

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add linguine and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook the onion for 1-2 minutes until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for a further minute.
  3. Increase heat to high then add the marinara mix and cook, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add wine to the pan. Stir to combine then allow to evaporate.
  5. Add DARI’S Tomato Soup to the pan. Stir to combine then reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Use a pasta spoon to transfer linguine from the pot of boiling water to the frying pan with the sauce. Add parsley and stir to combine.
  7. Serve with additional chopped parsley, a wedge of lemon and freshly ground cracked pepper.
