Rustic Garlic Bread

A modern take on a classic meal, this rustic garlic bread to go with DARI’S Chunky Minestrone Soup will make you feel right at home, wherever you are. It’s easy to make and so wholesome, hearty and tasty!

Ingredients

1 x DARI’S Chunky Minestrone Soup

1 sourdough breadstick or baguette

4 cloves garlic, crushed

¼ tsp salt

1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

½ tbsp lemon juice

⅓ cup butter, softened

2 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180℃.
  2. Combine garlic, salt, parsley, lemon juice, butter and olive oil in a bowl. Mix to combine.
  3. Cut the breadstick or baguette in half lengthwise. Spread garlic butter over both cut surfaces.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes. The garlic bread will be crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle.
  5. Cut into pieces and serve with DARI’S Chunky Minestrone Soup.
